We provide services to the homeowner who is moving into or out of a house. We use  Move-In/Move-Out Checklist, as a guide for cleaning that is specific to the needs of each homeowner. Listed below is a “snapshot” of our standard services.

• Trash removal: Any and all trash, dirt, and debris removed from the interior of the unit.
• Kitchen: All surfaces are cleaned, including inside of cabinets and drawers.
• Bathrooms: Entire bathroom is cleaned, including inside of cabinets and drawers. All plumbing fixtures and related trim, medicine cabinets, mirrors, and bath accessories are cleaned.
• Electrical Fixtures: All fixtures and trim are cleaned and shined; ceiling fans dusted and cleaned.
• Appliances: All outer appliance surfaces are cleaned.  Microwave ovens are cleaned inside and outside.  Self-cleaning oven will be wiped out if the cleaning cycle is run day before scheduled cleaning.
• Woodwork, Doors, Mini-blinds: All wood baseboards, casings, sills and shelving are cleaned. All interior and exterior doors are cleaned.  Blinds are dusted.
• Fireplaces:  Inside and glass doors are cleaned.
• Floors: All tile and hardwood floors are swept and damp mopped.  All carpeting is vacuumed.
• Walls: Are dusted or vacuumed as needed.
• Exterior: All exterior storage areas, garages, patios, and stoops are swept as needed.

• Inside and/or outside window washings
• Cleaning and polishing paneling
• Mini-blind washing
• Oven and refrigerator cleaning
• Carpet shampooing

Please note:  Other optional requests will be considered.  If we are unable to provide the service, we will locate someone to do the job.
